After a
Tuning Session
Individuals vary in their responses to a Tuning treatment, resulting in a unique experience for each person. The majority of individuals who undergo a tuning session commonly report:

experiencing more tranquility & relaxation

a heightened sense of clarity

increased self-awareness,
-
reduction in pain
-
better sleep
-
feel lighter
However, some clients may encounter a detoxification process that can manifest in diverse ways. Here are some observations shared by clients:

Profound exhaustion and fatigue, necessitating extended periods of rest or sleep, this response is particularly observed in individuals who have been operating on limited energy reserves.

Emotional sensitivity, characterized by heightened awareness of previously masked or suppressed emotions, leading to frequent crying or anger.

Headaches and/or dizziness.

In rare cases: skin rashes, increased mucus production, fevers, vomiting, loose stools, and excessive thirst.
Typically, these symptoms are part of the detoxification process and tend to subside within one to two days. However, if any condition persists, it is important to promptly consult with me. In some instances, individuals may require an additional treatment to successfully complete the adjustment process if they become stuck in the unwinding phase.

Self Care

Hydration & Epsom Salt Bath:
Hydrating is optimum after a sound therapy session. Drinking plenty of water and herbal teas after a session is recommended and soaking in a mineral or Epsom salt bath or Epsom foot bath.

Add 2 cups of Epsom Salts to a hot bath and soak for at least 20 minutes. This supports the body in detoxifying or releasing any physical components from the blockages released from the energy field.

It is also beneficial to be well hydrated before a session due to the sound-conductive properties of water.
Grounding:
If possible, it is highly recommended to spend some time (at least 10 minutes) walking barefoot outside in the grass or soil after your session. By establishing a connection between your bare feet and the Earth, you facilitate the grounding process, allowing excessive energy to dissipate from the body while absorbing the Earth's negatively charged ions. This harmonizes the electromagnetic balance within your system, potentially alleviating various forms of discomfort.
Recommendations to Maximize Your Healing:
Becoming more balanced usually requires a change in perception. Working with the intentions established during the session will be one way to do that. It is recommended to actively practice the intention for a minimum of 3x’s a day but more frequently is better (5-10x/day) until new thought patterns are adapted. Focusing on the intention and the energy centers above your head and in your heart will help to establish heart-brain coherence with the new intention. Humming or OMing while focusing on the intention is very beneficial and will help to create alignment with the new healthier intention. Humming or OMing when getting stuck in the old thought patterns will also help to realign you. Check in with yourself and note any changes, even slight ones, you may be experiencing.
